Director, Quality Operations
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated Director of Quality to lead quality operations and compliance across the company’s GxP activities, with a primary focus on GMP quality systems, external partner oversight, and cGMP readiness in support of our cell therapy pipeline. Operating within a virtual model, this individual will provide strategic and hands-on leadership for quality oversight of CDMOs, testing laboratories, and other GxP vendors, while also ensuring appropriate internal oversight of GCP quality activities through collaboration with external consultants. The ideal candidate will bring deep quality operations experience, strong judgment, and the ability to build scalable, phase-appropriate quality infrastructure in a fast-paced development environment.
